This blog is about my story on the road to fitness and the journey to a healthy, happier me. I want to share with you the highlights, the ups and downs and the pitfalls on my personal rollercoaster. I’m going to share my experience with you. Lend my tips and tricks on how to become a stronger, fitter and more importantly, a happier you.
What’s going to be covered in the articles:

- Where to start your journey
- Most effective exercises
- Common pitfalls
- How to live to the fullest whilst making a positive change
A promise I will make to you now is that everything I talk about on this site will either be from personal experience or backed by scientific evidence. If this is not the case, however, I will be completely honest about it. I’m not going to try to sell you on some miracle drug or my amazing “6-minute ab workout”. I want to earn your trust by helping you become better, to attain that dream physique.
Changing your life is simple and straightforward, but that doesn’t mean it is going to be easy… It’s going to take time, dedication and a little bit of effort on your part. I want to make it as easy for you as possible, providing all the information, the facts and the figures in one place.
This journey is going to take you many places and it’s going to be full of highs and lows. You are going to have many happy memories whether it’s when you drop a dress size or your pants are too baggy. The 1st time that someone comments on the “new” you. There will be lows as well… days you miss the gym, times you fail a PR but pushing through that will make you a better, stronger person. Believe in yourself!
The journey is going to have many steps and many windy roads, who knows where it is going to lead you. But one thing is for certain, you will be better for it.
Start with baby steps but most importantly – Start TODAY, not tomorrow! Don’t put it off any longer… start NOW and take control!
